Lewis and Sheron Textiles is not just a online source like so many suppliers out today, hiding out in a warehouse/basement somewhere with little to no inventory and even less experience. We've had stores for decades with our current flagship brick and mortar store located in the Westside Design District of Atlanta. This gives us the opportunity to connect with our customers and designers, who are like family, coming in a few times a week. Having a real store also keeps us on the forefront of the newest trends, giving you the best quality products on the market, at competitive pricing. We are an honest group of hardworking professionals that you can trust to do the right thing, no matter what the cost, with the most experience in the industry, over 500 years among our staff of 38. 95% of our fabrics are instock on our shelves, not drop shipped from the factory, resulting in the finest products delivered to your door faster. We have the very best selection, organization and pricing of first quality fabrics, NEVER close-outs or seconds. A: We are proud to offer the worlds finest home fabrics, gorgeous trimmings, artisan crafted American furniture, and heirloom quality hand-made rugs.
A: We do not carry apparel fabric, although, we have had customers use some of our fabrics to make beautiful clothes.
A: Most of our online items are instock at our store (unless noted as "Backordered" on the detail page) and will ship immediately to you, arriving in 3 -10 business days. When a fabric is backordered from the mill, please allot 2-3 weeks from the date of your order for your fabric to reach you unless otherwise noted on the detail page. Complete shipping policies here.
A: We have approximately 95% of our in-store piece goods available for purchase on our website. Most of the cut yardage programs seen in-store are not shown online.
A: Free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $150 is an online promotion only. It does not include phone or email orders and it excludes furniture, tables, glass, and art.
A: Samples are purchased in order to be sure it's the color (computer screen colors vary) and the texture you are looking for. Samples are available online or you may also order them via phone for a price of $2.50 per sample. Sample orders are shipped free via First Class US mail or you may upgrade to Priority Mail for a flat charge of $6.95.
A: We cut the biggest samples of anyone in the business (around 6" by 12"), presented professionally and will include matching trim samples at no additional charge upon request. We also process thousands of samples requests and it takes a lot of effort to do it the right way! ;-)
A: Once your fabric has been cut, we can not accept returns. In the off chance there's a flaw in your fabric we will find a way to make it right, usually with a replacement fabric or a store credit. Samples are completely non-refundable.
A: Customers are allowed to cut their own samples in the store, approximately the same size as a dollar bill. There are scissors, pens and fabric tags available for your convenience.
